Columbia Taping Tools was founded in 1979 by a drywall contractor who continues to own and operate the company today. For over four decades, we've built a North American network of distributors and dealers while maintaining our commitment to the craft.

We build all our tools in-house with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, keeping manufacturing costs reasonable while maintaining exceptional quality. Our tools aren't necessarily less expensive than competitors', but they're built stronger, using superior components in a superior design.
Over 90% of our components come from North American aluminum and steel mills, as well as other local manufacturers in the cable, blade, spring, and rubber industries.
